contributes to an environment where change and growth
are possible for both staff and clients. While learning
opportunities will be promoted by the organization,
it is the employee's responsibility to be goal focused
and to approach learning with openness. All employees
are expected to demonstrate personal investment in
their ongoing training. At Craigwood, staff development
is viewed as an integral aspect of our work.
